Matthew Florianz, a.k.a. Liquid Morphine, 
has created some elegant dreamscapes under his 
recording noms de plume.  Three is his -- 
DUH! -- third CD under his given name and it is as deep 
and dark as e-minimalism gets. It is a triplet of themes, 
each having its own triplet of "movements." While the 
structure is somewhat symphonic, the synths are 
decidedly not. This is droning dark ambience at its finest 
and serves as Matthew's statement that he is ready to 
accept accolades as one of e-music's drone masters.

Matthew Florianz is a great e-minimalist. 
Molenstraat is a collaboration with Erik 
T'sas and it is awesome, deep and dark! Deep 
drones and vacuous atmospheres intertwine to create 
vast limitless soundscapes with no boundaries. Matthew 
and Erik use silence quite effectively as well. This disc is 
very cool for meditation and relaxation.  ~ Jim

Open Stage is a set of ambient atmospheres from 
Matthew Florianz, Bill Brisette, Ivo Selder, and 
Stan Linders. It is minimalism at its deepest. 
Matthew is an acknowledged master of electronic 
minimalism. Bill, Ivo and Stan appear to be in that class 
as well. There are three discs in the set, available
